AIRLO Refund Policy

Airlo is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy governs all purchases made directly through Airlo's official website and authorized sales channels. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.


1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Airlo offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. Customers who are not fully satisfied with their purchase may request a refund within sixty (60) calendar days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions and fees outlined in this policy.

Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window has elapsed will not be eligible for processing and will be declined. The purchase date is defined as the date the transaction was completed and confirmed by Airlo's payment processor.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under this policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • The customer must provide valid proof of purchase, including the original order number.

  • The product must be returned to Airlo prior to the issuance of a refund.

  • The product must not be damaged beyond reasonable wear from intended use.

  • Refunds are limited to one (1) per household or billing address.

  • The purchase must have been made directly through Airlo's official website or an authorized sales channel.


3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of fifteen percent (20%) of the original purchase price. This fee is non-negotiable and will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount prior to issuance.

The restocking fee covers the following costs incurred by Airlo upon receipt of returned goods:

  • Sanitary inspection and hygienic processing of returned devices.

  • Return handling and administrative processing costs.

  • Restocking and inventory reconciliation.

  • Quality assurance review of returned units.

Example: A purchase of $100.00 would result in a restocking fee of $20, with a net refund of $80.00 issued to the original payment method.

The restocking fee applies regardless of the reason for return, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with fit, comfort, or product performance.


4. How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a return and refund request, customers must follow the steps below:

Step 1 — Contact Support: Email Airlo customer support at airlo.support@gmail.com
within 60 days of purchase. Include the original order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Step 2 — Return Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping label will be issued within 2–3 business days of the approved request.

Step 3 — Ship the Product: Package the device securely and ship it using the provided return label. Customers are advised to retain proof of postage.

Step 4 — Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund (less the applicable restocking fee) will be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days to the original payment method.


5. Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances

The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted after the 60-day purchase window.

  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers.

  • Products that have been lost, stolen, or damaged by the customer beyond reasonable use.

  • Original shipping and handling charges.

  • Replacement parts, accessories, or consumable items such as cleaning tablets.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Airlo strongly encourages customers to contact support directly before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Customers who initiate a chargeback without first contacting Airlo's support team may be permanently disqualified from future purchases and promotional offers. Airlo reserves the right to contest any chargeback that does not comply with the terms of this policy.


7. Modifications to This Policy

Airlo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication to the official Airlo website. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will govern any refund request made in connection with that purchase.
